MOTHERS DAY CRAFTING
By Mary Dutton, 24/2/08
Although Sunday was wet and cold, we were on the go all afternoon making cards and fridge magnets for Mother's Day.
Once again my intention to get all the youngsters names went by the wayside as more children than before came in. Again you will be able to see just how good these young crafters are getting (I can
see me being out of a job soon with all these up and coming crafters). It really was a busy fun day and you can take my word that there are going to be some very happy mums, Nanas and Grandmas this Mothers Day.
As usual I was ably assisted by Tracy, who by the way I am pleased to announce was nominated for the Pride of Stockport and only went on to win it! Congratulations again Tracy.
Phil was there making fridge magnets and badges especially for Mother's Day, come on dads there are a few left in the Visitors Centre and will be selling them off on Saturday. Phil as always was busy with his camera, so if you were there, take a look and see if you can spot yourself.
I would like to thank you all for coming along and hope you and your family enjoy your cards as much as we enjoyed helping you make them.
Till I see you all again, take care, and keep on crafting.
